Appartement très bien placé dans Venise et tout équipé. La communication avec Nicoletta était facile. Nous avons pu arriver un peu plus tard dans la soirée, Umberto nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et des conseils utiles. Le rapport qualité prix est très très bien. Je recommande cet appartement très agréable.

Wir haben ein paar Tage über Silvester im Appartement gleich beim Markusplatz verbracht. Wir waren zu 6 und das Appartement ist gut geeignet für 6 Personen. Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Das Appartement ist gemütlich und sehr gut eingerichtet, die 2 Bäder sind praktisch und funktional. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und die Kommunikation mit Nicoletta war angenehm, einfach und zielführend.
Wir können das Angebot auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werden bei einem weiteren Besuch gerne wieder zurückkehren.

In occasione di una vacanza con la famiglia, sono stato ospite in questo appartamento in posizione comodissima vicino piazza S. Marco.
Decadente quanto basta a rendere l'impressione di una vera casa veneziana e non un alloggio turistico, accogliente e spazioso. Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città in lungo e in largo, al centro di tutti gli itinerari possibili. Un'ottima scelta per non farsi mancare nulla. Gli ospiti sono stati cordialissimi e generosi nelle informazioni e nei consigli. Un'ottima esperienza.

L'appartement est 300 meters de la gare ferroviaire et routière. Il est au rez-de-chaussée dans une immeuble de l'ancien Ghetto Juif idéalement placé pour les excursion, les courses et les restaurants. L'ambiance est agréable et silencieux. Nicoletta nous accueillis très gentilment dans un français parfait et surtout elle reste facilement joignable pendant le séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé. Le wifi n’est pas très performant mais il a le mérite d'exister. Rapport qualité- prix sans concurrence. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !

We had a good stay, the area is central and not far from the bus station. it is surrounded by restaurants and shops. For that price it's a good place to stay in Venice if you're going to be spending a lot of time out anyway. It's a little dark in the apartment and the bed rattles when you move, but other than that the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and everything was fine with handing over the keys. At first we thought there was a table with chairs in a courtyard to sit at, which there wasn't. But in total for all groups with lower budget in expensive city I can recommend :)

Il soggiorno a Venezia con Nicoletta è stato molto piacevole. La posizione dell'appartamento è ovviamente perfetta per tutte le escursioni. Ristoranti, caffetterie, bar e la via dello shopping: tutto è dietro l'angolo. La comunicazione è stata molto gentile e amichevole. Non vedo l'ora di passare di nuovo

Very central location and clean. Great communication, no problem getting in. Lots of narrow stairs to get up (not good for heavy luggage). Would recommend to stay!”

Logement très bien situé et très facile d'accès, à deux pas d'un arrêt bateau direct depuis l'aéroport, et non loin de la gare de train et du terminal de bus. Appartement très calme dans un quartier comportant de nombreux restaurants et commerces. Tout équipé, il n'y manque rien pour se sentir comme à la maison ! Echanges très amicaux avec Nicoletta et Umberto qui nous ont grandement facilité notre arrivée, le tout dans un excellent et agréable français !”
