Point fort: la terrasse et l'emplacement à 50 metres de la Piazza San Marco

A trois minutes à pieds des arrêts de vaporetto "San Marco" et "Rialto",   l'appartement est en position vraiment centrale dans la ville, tout près de Piazza San Marco et des principaux monuments et musées. Tout près se trouvent nombreux magasins d'alimentation (boulangeries, boucheries, charcuteries, épiceries) et un supermarché; en plus, l'ancien marché du Rialto n’est pas loin.
L'appartement est au deuxième étage d'une maison qui rèmonte au XVII siècle et il a été restauré récemment. Très lumineux et spacieux, il a conservé le charme de sa ancienne noblesse grâce à ses plafonds très hautes, dont un à poutres apparentes, et les meubles de style.
On entre dans un couloir, d'où on entre dans le vaste séjour; du balcon, où on peut prendre un café assis à la petite table, on jouit d'une vue sur l'une des rues entre les plus vivantes de la ville, avec nombreux cafés et restaurants. 
D'une cotè et de l'autre du couloir on trouve les deux chambres à coucher, chacune avec sa salle de bains/WC. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée pour préparer et prendre les repas.

Three minutes walk from the "San Marco" and "Rialto" vaporetto stops, the flat is in a very central position in the city, very close to Piazza San Marco and the main monuments and museums. Nearby there are many food shops (bakeries, butchers, delicatessens, grocery shops) and a supermarket; moreover, the ancient Rialto market is not far away.
The flat is on the second floor of a 17th century house and has been recently restored. Very bright and spacious, it has retained the charm of its former nobility thanks to its very high ceilings, one of which has exposed beams, and the stylish furniture.
From the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee at the small table, you have a view of one of the liveliest streets in the city, with numerous cafés and restaurants. 
On either side of the corridor are the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/WC. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and eating meals.
In the living room, satellite TV, stereo CD, books and documents about Venice invite you to relax.
